Trumans are open for business but are adopting some different ways of servicing the needs of our clients.
Visits to our Chatswood and Katoomba offices are strictly by appointment only.
In accordance with NSW Health Advice, any visitor who is feeling unwell, displaying symptoms, or who have visited or travelled to areas of known COVID-19 outbreaks should not attend our offices.
While attending our offices, we remind all visitors to maintain the physical distancing requirements of at least 4 square metres of space per person and 1.5 metres between each person, and use the hand sanitisers, with appropriate alcohol concentration or other active antibacterial antiviral agent as per manufacturer’s specification available at reception. We are recording details (names, mobile phone numbers and or email addresses) of all visitors to our offices for 28 days for contact tracing purposes. Additionally, the COVIDSafe app (https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covidsafe-app) supports contact tracing.
Lift access to Level 3 in Chatswood is currently restricted to staff only by our Building Manager. Visitors to our Chatswood Office are requested to contact Reception on 02 9410 6999 to be escorted to your appointment.
Deliveries to our office can be left in the temporary mail box, situated next the lifts on the Ground floor of the Chatswood office. For large or bulky deliveries, contact Reception on 02 9410 6999 to be admitted to the office.
Some of the Trumans Partners and Staff will continue to work from home, but remain contactable by telephone and/or email to service the needs of our clients.
